Hi, I'm Betsy Waltrip, SRES®, Top Producing Realtor® with NextHome Endless Summer Realty and founder of Southern Transition Services.

For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of helping individuals and families through some of life's biggest transitions. Whether you're buying a home, selling a longtime family property, downsizing, relocating, or settling an estate, I'm here to help make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

I am also passionate about giving back to our community. I regularly volunteer with seniors at local assisted living facilities, hosting Bingo, crafts, and special events. These experiences have reinforced my belief that every client deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and understanding.

My background in graphic arts and marketing allows me to bring creative marketing strategies to every listing, while my experience in estate sales, probate situations, and senior transitions helps families navigate even the most complex circumstances with confidence.
